We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

• No credit card required

4.2 Premium Subscription

• Monthly subscription fee: $39.99 USD
• Unlimited messages and priority response
• Access to all premium features
• Cancel anytime with continued access until end of billing period
• Payments processed securely through PayPal

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

You retain ownership of content you submit (conversations, charts) but grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our Service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FlowFriend and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.
